All weather Floor mats?? Info?

I'm looking to get all-weather floor mats, was looking at the weathertech ones. Does anyone have any insights into these? Also, I'm in Toronto, was wondering where I can get them for a good price too...or a good all weather floor mat.

The dealership ones don't seem all that great.

Thanks

I have weathertechs for my front and rear seats. They are great for anal people like me who love to keep their car clean!

The oem ones from the dealership are doing just fine for us. The carpet matt underneath looks brand new... mint. I think the oem or weathertech will be your best bet. Don't get those ugly generic ones from crappy tire.
I just ordered my WeatherTech Floorliner. Was originally like $190 for both front and back but got $20 off and free shipping.

I ordered from http://www.realtruck.com. I used coupon code RTNL34 for $20 off $100+. However, it doesnt seem RealTruck will ship the floorliner to Canada due to weight/size.

I think thats the same price as if you buy it direct. Costs like 174 shipped direct. If you call them and ask for a bit money off they usually reduce it 3-4 dollars on shipping.

Damn you're right. Oh well, I saved $7 still. I could of saved more had I ordered the back and front separately and used a $10 and $20 coupon

Carpet mat underneath??? DON"T do this. Take your carpet mats out. The directions on the Toyota OEMs say just that - remove the carpet mats. This is one of the reasons why Toyota had to recall the OEMs - people were keeping their carpet mats in and the rubber ones would slid forward and get tangled in the pedals. You must secure the rubber ones with the floor mat clips.

By the way, there is another post on this just recently with lots of info and pics.
IMO you would have to be a COMPLETE MORON to have the rubber mats slide under the pedals. Because of these morons I have a HUGE cutout around the accelerator and dirt falls on the floor.

Also with the floorliner it looks like there is enough room to hook on the factory carpet mat as well as the floorliner at the same time. Its very thin.
There are a lot of morons out there...............or they wouldn't have had a recall.

A lot of crashes on the way to vote for Obama.

Which just confirms what njerald was saying. There are a lot of morons out there. :headbang:
Let me rephrase that:

According to him the people crashing their cars because of floor mats are morons that were driving to vote for Obama.

According to me the people crashing their cars because of floor mats are morons.

If all the morons were crashing their cars and being hospitalized because of the mats, they couldn't possibly continue on their journey to vote for Obama.

Thus my point... people who voted for Obama are not morons.

General Population - Morons = Obama voters :)
