Can anyone comment on how detailed their information is? Is it similar to the OEM Service Manual's with regards to content and detail?

for the 10thgen there isnt much info but for what they have, they show hours needed to complete the job, oem parts prices, diagrams, specs, and have instructions on how to replace certain things.

im not sure how it compares to the oem service manual...i never seen a 10thgen manual

It's nowhere near the detail found in the service manual. However, I subscribed to it early on and they've been constantly adding to it, so it's becoming a very good resource.
Nothing will ever compare to an OEM service manual. But as the years progress the info on ALLdata will be very usefull. ALLdata does have alot of very usefull info, like tsb', recalls, certain specs, and very usefull wiring diagrams.
the tsbs for the 10thgen are all so old its not even worth looking at. ive only used the diagrams and spec sheets for our vehicle.

OEM for sure, I use to purchase them (printed version) in the pass but the prices are simply outrageous with the present material. I did use TOYOTA's TIS but it's no longer available to NON US credit cards (checks for US addresses during the payment process). I was able to download 3 complete manuals with a 48hr option but spent many days stitching the PDF files together to form manuals. I guess ALLDATA is really SOMEDATA when it comes to the newer models.

all true.

i should make a manual from TIS as well, the toyota program at my school will end this year so i should take advantage of it asap.
We subscribe to ALLDATA for our work. I'm not sure if it's available for the alldata DIY and what not, but I can send a request and they have yet to not return anything I have asked for.

Edit: When I go to new Toyota TSBs (which is there unsorted TSBs) There last Toyota TSB was issued by Toyota Aug 17 and made it to there site on the 27th. It is a Highlander TSB btw.
