I have a 93 Hilux, 2.8l diesel and about 3 months ago I had to change the alternator. Once I put the new one in, no dash lights appear once the key is turned to ignition and it won't warm my glow plugs. 3 months ago this wasn't an issue but now that it's winter, I'm having to jump start my car each morning for work. If I plug my old alternator in, everything works fine again. All wires are the same, alternator is the same as the old one as well. It's got me stumped! Anyone have any idea what it could be?
