I'm looking for a Windows based OBD-II software package where I can plot sensor data (including O2 sensors) and access both modes $05 and $06. OBD Auto Doctor looks promising, but there's not much in the way of reviews out there.

That's what I'm planning to use, but I'm not convinced OBDwiz is going to do what I need and I'm not entirely sold on ScanXL. What software are you using?

I use the software that came with it.
It recognizes $05 and $06, and lets you record and plot data.
