Gave my car wash today, worked for about 2 weeks straight., between rain, other commitments, haven’t been able to even go to the car wash. So I hand washed my car today and honestly, I felt amazing after being able to do it.

I find it therapeutic when I skip the carwash and save myself $20 bucks.

I wish I could wash my car myself. Living in a city the only thing I have is a automatic car washes. Hand wash spots are charging way too much for a hand wash. :(
I use a waterless wash concentrate with a gallon of water, in my local park's parking lot early in the day before it gets crazy.
I confess.....I do wash and dry my car. I have for most of my life only change is I now use the leaf blower to partially dry the vehicle and then I take an old hand towel to dry the remainder of water left. Using a leaf blower is quicker and keeps the water from drying ahead of me and leaving water spots.
Washing the car(s) is my time. I completely enjoy it, its relaxing and is time to just be alone and contemplate life (or sports). Wife knows and she generally leaves me to it

When i was younger the neighbors used to joke with me that i was going to wash the paint right off my car, i did it so frequently.
Same with me and also mowing the lawn. Just time by myself and very relaxing for me.

WOW! That's pretty cheap compared to my area. $30 for just a standard exterior wash. I believe a complete interior/exterior is around $47 at the full handwash around me.
I enjoy washing my Rav4 also. Where did you grab those black wheel covers? I've been trying to find them for my vehicle. Thanks.
