I am getting tired of this car and I want another Chevy so its time to let it go. Its a maroon brown color and its an automatic. Has a new alternator, serpentine belt, battery, fuse box, air filter, and Spark Plugs. I live in Oklahoma City so I am pretty sure it would have to be shipped. I only want $950 for it plus shippin. I have pics but no idea on how to post em on here

Better get an idea of how to post the pics, because this thread is useless without them. You have to upload your pics to a hosting website that allows linking (there are lots of free ones). Then you click on the image button in your post and paste the link there. It's no different than any other forum.

$950 doesn't sound like a bad price for a '91 LE. How's the body, and what's the mileage? If you're gonna try and sell a car without pics, you need one HELL of a lot more info than you've given here. I take it you've been having a lot of trouble with it? Why a new fuse box? You might want to consider leaving that little tid-bit out of any future ads, and only mention it if someone asks. ;)

i am very negotiable on the proce i just wanna get rid of it
Yeah, $950 looks to be a bit steep, given the overall rough condition. Not trying to discourage your sale, but realistically, no one is going to pay hundreds of $$$ to have that car shipped anywhere, it would effectively double the price of the car. Certainly you could find a local buyer for it. Usually anything that runs & drives for under a grand sells pretty quick just about anywhere.
Dude, part it out. Give me your basketweaves.

Basketweaves?

You are talking about the alloy wheels? If so, something just strangely attracts me to them...
A market price might be $950 with the cost of the windshield and body work deducted.

That would be a pretty low price.
Yeah Kingdom, that's the wheels we're talking about. Everytime someone posts about basketweaves, or a pic of a car with them, nuron and I are always there.
$500 max. and thats only if it runs really well.
$500 is more than I would pay with that much body damage. A minimum of two door skins and a quarter panel, plus a windshield?

More like two or three hundred.
^true. didnt notice how bad it was at first. rear door frame is jacked up. That car aint worth shit.
Looks like ya gonna have to part out. So, can we talk a price ;)?
Might get $500 out of this if your lucky.

A little story on how my dad got $500 for his 86 Camry about 2 years ago.

My dad was able to get a trade in with his old Gen1 86 Camry for $500 from Toyota when he traded it as like a down payment for the 1998 LE Corolla. Lucky he got it for $500 since the body was pretty much shot (rust on 3 doors, bondo work on gas door area and truck weather seal area, rear door frame a bit smash, front fender dented from accident), and seemed like the engine had a bad carbon build up (tons of pinging). I thought it might just as well be used as a salvage/part car since it had very good interior.

A real shocker was that seemed like somebody actually bought that car after we traded it in since I see another 86 Camry with body damage except it had been sprayed white in same places that as my dad's old 86 Camry running around in this town. I have not 100% concluded that it is but with more then 5 key places being the same (except painted), I have to say that somebody bought and is still driving that car.

It all depends on the person who is interested in the car. You could try sell it for that price and then lower it every week or so until somebody buys it. I do have to admit that any car under 1000 seems to catch the eyes of many younger drivers on a budget. Only thing is that windshield might prevent them from buying since I am quite sure it won't pass safety inspection.

Ah.

I don't know but I like the design that wheel. Be interesting to mount those on a Gen1.

For all I know, it must be a pain to clean those basketweaves wheel though.
