Even after SweeneyP's post in the DIY, and searching through the factory manual, I still don't know how to access the ABS reservoir to completely flush the brake system. Has anyone done a complete flush?

I think he is talking about the actual fluid in the ABS solenoid assembly, not necessarily a reservoir. Honestly, I don't think there is enough there to worry about. It should dilute next time the solenoids activate and the old can mix with the new.

Now that that's settled, DOT 3 or DOT 4? I've got some ATE DOT 4 super blue (now illegal to sell in the U.S. because of the color) on hand but the viscosity may be wrong for the ABS. What I've learned, maybe, is that ATE SL 6 is what's called for.

Anyone have wisdom on this picky issue?
