Happened across a reference online to this product this morning. Sounds good
( most things do walking in the door ), but I'm wondering if it is actually
worth considering on either a new or used vehicle.

Anyone have any direct or indirect knowledge of it?

That's actually the kind of answer I was looking for. I've not heard of it
or anyone who could vouch for it or shoot it down.
