Are the axles for the 2GR-FE and 2AZ-FE versions of the 2007-2011 cars the same? All photographs indicate it but I'm not sure. Shopping around for used OEM axles for my V6, and there seem to be many more 2AZ ones; should I ignore these?

Check with some auto parts sites, see if the part numbers are the same.

They are not the same. If I remember correct, the spline count is different.
