I'm thinking about putting the gen 4 MAF I have laying around to use and swapping the top part of my CAI with this eBay Intake. My gen 3 only has one hose going to the upper part, and that's the one that connects to the front valve cover. What does the hose that comes off beside the MAF hole go to?

One of them goes to the charcoal canister and VSV in the back of the car.
