I'm okay

Well, its my turn this year, the Celica was emissioned last year in Nov. and my sticker is good for two years, that'll bring me to 2005 without any issues. I'm clean to infinity and beyond...long live the Celicas, um, the old ones I mean.

ok, since i have time to explain, here are general info.

if the year of the current year is an even number, the year of the car must be odd cept for resale. and curent year was odd number, the year of the car must be even.

example.
this year (2004) all the odd number model (1997,1999, 2001) hafto take the test.

next year, all the even number cars takes it. (1994, 1996, 1998 etc etc)

so, why is it 19 years???
on the new purchased vehicle, you don't do emission till the third year. so 2005 model doesn't hafto do one till 2008.

so right now, year 2004,
models:
2001
1999
1997
1995
1993
1991
1989
1987
1985
must do the Emission.

Therefore its 19....

Fabby, yours is 1985 right??? so thats your last one....

does this make sense to any of you?

BTW, if any of you guys fail, you can always get Conditional pass for the next 2 years. but you must pass the next emission.
an order to get conditional pass, you must get a quote of $450 worth of parts and labour from your mechanic.
