Is there an aux or line in that can be added, specifically for a mini-jack to ipod, on the standard toyota double height single cd changer unit?

don't think so on the stock headunit

but you can buy little units that splice into the back of your stock headunit though

or you can splice one yourself

You should be able to most likely get a FM modulated kit for it.. but then you're going to lose some of the quality. The way a FM modulated kit works is you'd have your IPOD hooked up to it and the FM modulator will be set to a frequency, the FM modulator goes in line with your antenna wire in the back of your headunit. To listen to the signal that is going through the modulator (in this case your IPOD) you'd tune your radio to that station (said station set on the modulator).

It's a very easy concept... but not the best sound quality.
