Own an Avalon 2020 I am trying to update the screen according to the latest update of Toyota The problem is that the update doesDoes not match With the model id DCU and model ID MEU Of the screen
..note that the model number of the car screen is
ID DCU 17TDT2ME-EA24
ID MEU:
17TMT2ME-EA21
But while trying to update it appears different ID.i hope you understand what i mean. Can anyone help to solve this issue for me. Thanks indeed.

Hey Ahmed, is it an option to take the vehicle to the dealer? Assuming it is still under warranty, TSB-0071-20 might apply, where the dealer will update the head unit software to the latest version for you.

When I go through to update mine, I select 2020 Avalon HV>With Navigation>Premium Audio. I then get the option below to select the download that matches my model ID. Did you get this selection? I assume if yours does not show, that there is no update for your software.

I went through this with my 2020. Even though the site appeared to say my car had an older version, when I tried to perform the update - it said it wasn't a newer version. 🤷‍♂️

I contacted the dealer here in Bahrain.. The new update ii not compatible with with GCC countries at the moment.. Hope we can get it in future.
