You have the B1650 code. If is not plugged out, you have to see the mechanic who accesses the computer and turns it off from your dash. It is in parallel with the collision sensor. B1786 code. Need to be calibrated the seat. Good look.

The image in post #3 is the passenger seat occupancy classification electronic module ("computer"). It receives signals from 4 sensors located along the seat tracks, one near each corner of the seat cushion. This module processes the sensor outputs and calculates the weight of the seat occupant. If you are attempting to locate the actual sensors, you can follow the harness that runs from one of the 2 connectors (usually the one with a gray outer shell). Each sensor has a 3-terminal connector where in plugs in to the sensor harness.

Without a Toyota scanner and software, about the only check you can do yourself is to ensure all 4 sensors are plugged in securely and there is no obvious damage to the sensor harness.
