I'm replacing the driver side axle seal on my 2002 Corolla automatic transmission a245e. Toyota's official parts website says I need this part 90311-34026 I ordered it but it is not patched the card.

Check rockauto for the National 710109 $5.31 listed specifically for the A245. Which in fact lists your part number.

Also look at SKF seals’ listed for BOTH the 4-speed seal and 3-speed seal. Wonder why SKF has two different ones.

The Olathe Toyota online search engines list 90311-34023 for the right side seal which worked for my 1999 Corolla A245E. The same site list 90311-34026 for the left side seal which I have not actually checked.

Did you get the part from a dealer or...???. A lot of aftermarket parts on E-bay are counterfeits listed under wrong part numbers. Even if the sticker on the bag says Toyota, not a guarantee because they fake those too.
