has any one installed a 6 inch bazzoka in the back of a double cab i want to see how it looks please post up some pics if the install want to know if i can get it in there without cutting any plastic.

Sorry, off topic here...but it looks like the critter in your avatar needs a 2 or 3 inch lift. His transmission is almost draggin' on the ground!

i am not a big fan of the bazooka tube, you can do a lot better for around the same cost

While I've never personally owned a bazooka tube, I've known 4 or 5 people that have. They have all been thoroughly unimpressed with them. Unless they have made some major improvements in the past 4 or 5 years I would look elsewhere.

I had one years ago. I'm surprised people are still using them. As stated, you can do much better for the money.

I have one in my access cab and like it. I paid 40$ for an amped one on Ebay. Im really happy with the size and bass.

LOooooooooooooooong time ago - like, in 94 or something? Had it in my 93 Mazda Protege for years. And yeah, I got it for next to nothing from someone else.

They are really neat if you're looking for a little boost in the sound but don't wanna spend tons of money on upgraded stereo parts.

I recently added an amped 6" bazooka with an aftermarket receiver to my 07 DC. It fit perfectly behind the rear seat on the driver side with the plastic molding removed. It was really easy to install and looked very clean for the truck. I did not have to run seperate wires to an amp and seperate wires to a sub. I just like how simple it is to run a total of 3 wires and you are done. I also placed a towel between the bazooka and the truck as a cheap alternative for eliminating vibration. It does the job perfectly.

A bazooka is not going to give you the "best" bass in the market and is not something you will show off in a competition or auto show. But it does provide some extra bass to make your music listening more enjoyable. I do not need to share my music and bass with everybody else on the road or my neighbors.
