Hey guys, I'm looking to help my girlfriend out a little. She just told me she's looking to get an intake for her Toyota Tacoma 4X4

Its a 2001 and it has the 2.7L engine in it.

Anyways, whats the general consensus about what the best intake is for this truck? Oh, keep in mind she wants it to "look pretty"

basically all your doing is cutting a hole in your air box or multiple holes and dropping in a k&n air filter or amsoil. pretty much the same thing, just 1/3 of the cost. mine cost me 45 bucks, the price of the filter!

Hey that looks good and all but its not my car/truck. As you can see I dont mind modding my car a little bit at all but she's a little hesitant about that whole idea.

Where can I find some good deals on some brand name intakes and what ones should I look for and/or avoid?

ebay! alot of people go ahead and do that deckplate mod, which in the long run, would save you $$$.$$, but if thats not what shes looking for, K&N is good, theres some others out there, just can't think of what they are.
