I got a diamond headlight convertor a few years back. However i had some roadmax H4 bulbs in my 92 pickup but one of them finally has burned out.

My question is who makes a good replacement bulb for pretty cheap? I know roadmax still makes bulbs however i am not sure if its the same ones as i had that lasted me about 3-4 years.

I know piaa makes good ones but they are outrageous and my roadmax compared to my buddys piaa's were really no difference.

I am looking to spend between $20-30. also a good site to buy from would be nice. and wattage.

this site has the roadmax bulbs but it doesnt show a picture of the package or the bulb http://www.lightlens.com/bulbs.htm are they even a reputable site?

I like Sylvania SilverStars. I run a 65w/85w on my motorcycle, and the normal wattages on the wifes car, my truck, the maw-in-laws. They last 1-2 years for me normally. I'm actually replacing two on the honda this morning.

Cheap and bright, and readily available at autozone/advance/whoever. :)
forget ebay housings, and forget sylvania silverstars. get hella e-code housings, and osram silverstars. yes, they're different.

Expensive but well worth the price of admission you won't be dissapointed
like I was with those girlie blue lights that they keep calling HID or xenon.
Personally I went with e-code Cibies with 70/65W Osram Plus 50 bulbs.
I converted my 1991 Toyota Pickup Truck 22R-E and the '98 RAV4, both, to LED headlights. Thrilled w/ results as I can actually SEE at night while driving. Toyota is notorious for its weak, dim headlights.
Will post details of kits I installed on request.
