Which kind of spark plugs would you recommend for a long overdue tune-up? NGK? Iridium? Thanks!

pps are using ngk plat or IK20.....

Thanks, I think most toyotas are using the denso iridium ones now. I think I will go with those, By the way, my car is a 96 avalon. thanks so much for your help again.
