BFG AT's 265/75-R16 on my stock Taco except the rear TSB was done & new wheels with 4.25" backspacing:

Yes, there was some slight rubbing here and there before the 5100's were installed. I would expect the rubbing to be the same or worse with stock rims (more BS).

Just take off your splash guards, that will eliminate any rubbing you get.

Taking off the front mud flaps was the first thing I did. And that did not entirely take care of the rubbing. Turning sharp while braking (like when backing out of or goint into a driveway) resulted in slight rubbing both in forward and reverse. The 5100's finally took care of it.

I am stock except for the BFG ATs 265/75/R16. No rubbing at all. No pic yet but it looks good :)

I don't have either TRD package to answer your one concern.
So it sounds like there is no rubbing with the factory wheels. I guess the new wheels with a -6 offset are to blame for the rubbing in my case then?

Maybe someone can confirm my observations about thhese tires on stock wheels. I've even been wheeling and didn't notice anything other than the friggin' mud flaps scraping over everything. The mud flaps don't have any flap to them!

does anyone have a picture of BFG 265/275/16R AT K/O's on a stock tacoma?

and would they not rub with stock everything and not having the trd package?

I have a 2005 4x4 double cab -No trd package -stock everything

a 265/75/16 SHOULD not rub at all. The TRD package has nothing to do with ride height. If you do a search there are LOADS of pics ;)

Here is my truck with a minor 2" lift.

OME 885 coils up front.
1" block in the rear.

For the OP, here is the pic you requested. Stock truck with 265/75/16 BFGs. They do not rub at all, no matter how flexed out the suspension is...but I have removed the mud flaps. Others have said they will rub on the front mudflaps. Just take them off or trim them if you really want. It's no big deal.

Also the spare is matching and fits fine in the stock location.

The TRD/non TRD should not be an issue with regards to tire fitment.

Compare the sizes at tirerack.com? I am sure they are very close, so I suspect they would fit as well.
