it would go in the freeze plugs, located at about 2 o clock from the oil filter fitting

In the picture in the link, there are two kind of freeze plugs at 2 o' clock . Is the one that is closer to the oil filter fitting or the other one?

i'd put it as close to the middle as possible, so it would heat more uniformally
