access pass for what and how do I even do that I have never had to do that befor?
I think 75aces means Toyota's technical info site (subscription needed). https://techinfo.toyota.com/ . That being said, replacing or even just disconnecting the battery can play havoc with electronic components. I'm not sure how and if a "Bluetooth module" is replacable but you may try the trick in this video (not exactly your problem as the radio was dead, not just Bluetooth).
