Mostly likely no since they're unbranded.

Unless you are tracking your car, you don't need cross drilled rotors.

A good alternative would be to get Brembo blank rotors and OEM brake pads.
OK, so drilled rotors are not necessary.

What about EBC standard or Ultimax/ Centric C-TEK rotors ?
As long as they are from a reputable brand, then any brand of blank rotor should be okay.

I only mentioned Brembo because they were most widely available here.
Cross drilled and slotted rotors are a good idea.

I bought my rotors from a local shop and was going to drill them out but decided against it (i burnt up my drill press the week before on another project =D )

I didn't feel like burning up a hand drill so.

Anywho, first hard stop and now there wrapped and wobble a bit around 50 again >;(

Cross drilled Rotors will resist warping because they cool much faster than solid rotors. I've personally boiled my break fluid on my car and its never seen the track so it wouldn't hurt to get those rotors just ensure to buy new pads or your going to have a rough ride.
You can't get them turned like normal rotors either.
No but the only reason to turn them is if you wear the break pads down to studs and rub groves in them.

As long as you change your pads every year or so you'll be fine.
