My outer left brake light is trippin. It works fine when the headlights are on but when I turn them on and press the brakes, it doesn't bright up. I have new bulb on it and tried to clean the terminals already. Anyone have the same problem?

Let me try list what is working

-You got a 'burn out lamp' indicator on your dash. I assume you have an LE trim Camry? OR are you talking about your 'ebrake' warning light?
-When you have your headlights/parking lights on, all your brake lights turn on for night illumination
-When you have your headlights/parking lights on, when pressing your brake for the brake light (brighter filament), the outer left brake (driver side corner) is brake light filament is not activating? Does the outer left brake light turn on when pressing the brakes with the headlight/parking light off?

I took the left brake housing and I found that the ground wire has some corrosion on the screw. I cleaned it up and everything works perfect again.

Nice. I've seen the same failure many times very common problem.
