trdparts4u msrps it at $155, selling at $107. You might search around for some of the threads on taking apart the doors to get a look at how the window mounts in. I don't think it's really complicated, but getting it aligned just right might be.

As mentioned above, it'll be a pain getting it aligned, but if you are a do-it-yourself-er, then you'll have no problems. I've b een fortanute and haven't had any of my vehicles broken into, but when it happens I'll be super d duper pissed. Are you sure your insurance doesn't have free glass coverage? Some insurances do.

On my old car my window was broken several times by vandals. It was covered under the comprehensive part of my insurance policy so no deductible applied. State Farm paid for it in full each time. Check with your agent before you do anything.

thanks for the input everybody, called the dealership, and they said the glass would be around 180, but they sub out the install, then called the place they sub out to, and they said around 410 for glass and install..... sounds damn expensive for install, i ain't a complete do it yourselfer, but i have done windows before, just not a power window.

i wouldn't mind doing it myself if it's going to save me $200, just don't want to fuck it up too much.... i'll look fo rthe threads with the door panel disassembly. anybody else have any advice about changing the windo?

thanks everybody!

i thought glass was seperate from regular? I know with State Farm it is. Check with your insurance company about it. Someone shot out my passenger window on my old car (while I was in it, pellet gun). Called insur. and it was only $100 for glass. My reg was $500. Some glass places waive like $80 off deductible. So I only paid $20. Check with your insurance about glass.

Call your insurance company and ask them if they replace busted winders.... mine would replace that without hiking my rates and they'll come to your jobsite and fix it while you werk..... Yeeeee Hawwwww......

fyi,
i just fixed my window, cost for a new one was 197 from the dealer. everything was pretty simple. the door panel came off easily, i only broke one clip. and the window was pretty simple to put in, once i found all the pdf's on this website for disassembly. so if anybody ever gets a window broken, just do it yourself, if it's worth it. whole thing took me about an hour.
