Has anyone had a similar problem with the hatchback lid get paint scrapped off of it every time they open or close their hatch with a bumper protector?

I notice it on the showroom floor model right after I found the problem with mine. I showed the sales manager and they were nice enough to remove it for me for free and compensate me for the price of the bumper protector. They said they would contact Toyota Canada about it, but never heard of any problems with the bumper protector until they saw mine and the one in thier showroom do the same thing.

I would perfer having one on.

Damn, am i the only one that is having this problem than? It's wierd that the showroom one had the same problem as well though.
