Depending on where the truck has been, have the dealer inspect it for frame rust. Are you aware of Toyota offering a frame swap for trucks 01-04? One more thing to watch out for is whether or not the timing belt (V6) has been changed or not. It should be done every 90K miles.

I am planning on buying a 2004 Taco 4x4 double cab. Thought I would troll for any advice, thinks to watch out for, questions to ask, items to check.
