Eh... no. You're not going to accomplish anything by spending money on lenses. The projectors themselves aren't designed for HIDs.
If you're going to go through the trouble of opening the headlamp, removing the projector, taking it apart and changing the lens, why not just do a complete retrofit and get true HID parts?
The cutoff is determined by the shield not the lens. If you are getting those so you can drop HIDs in your current lamps, that's a horrible idea to begin with.
