what is the difference between these two??? besides the pirce..
the first link, in the title it says short ram but looks exactly like the one in the second link...

The first link is a short ram intake. The second link shows the cold air intake. The captions under the picture of the cold air intake says "Image may not be application specific." The CAIs AEM makes for the Camry is different than the picture they give you but it is a cold air intake.
