Camry 2003 LE...TRD super charger fits?

I drive a Camry 03 LE. I was wondering if the TRD 00602-17620-304 super charger would fit. Since trdusa.com says the super charger would only fit the 97-01 models. Although the super charger does call for a 1MZ-FE engine, which the Camry V6 LE 03 model has. HELP! thx.

It will fit, but the 02-05 1MZ has VVT-i which you will have to work around which is gonna be a huge pain in the ass.

Otherwise your gonna have a S/C that will not work properly.

If you do a search you can find more info
wasn't the vvti engine introduced in 2003 mid year? I thought in january they just starting selling them , maybe the OP has nonvvti
I see....i have no clue where to find the "VVT-i" in the car...if my car even is a VVT-1 engine. Where can i located the full name of the engine?
if you pop the hood and look on the engine cover it should say how man liters and right next to it it will say VVT-i also
Look beneath the driver's seat. Find where the gas pedal connects to the firewall. If there is a black sensor attached to it with bunch of wires coming out from it, then your car has VVT-i. If not, then it is not VVT-i. The non VVT-i V6 does not have throttle by wire. VVT-i does.
Strange...I think I found a black sensor attached to the gas pedal, but I didnt find "VVT-i" on the engine cover. Is there a way to tell for sure if my Camry is a VVT-i V6 or not?
OK people, if ya have a vvti engine it's written with nice BOLD letters on the engine cover, just pop the damn hood! If it's not on the engine cover, chances are you do not have it.

You do not have a VVt-i equiped 1MZ, if you did it would have said on the Engine cover along with the big Toyota emblem.

Heres exactly what it says on my engine cover. "V6 3000 FOUR CAM 24" where does it say how many liters?
3000cc = 3.0 litres. You have a non vvti engine. The TRD supercharger will fit. The problem is the EBC (electronic boost control) will not work for you. You will have to modify your torque convertor to handle the boost between shifting
 I am quite new to this. EBC? what exactly does the EBC do for me? Is that part attached to the engine? Or does it come with the s/c? As for the torque convertor, what do I have to do in order to modify it? Suppose I just install the s/c and leave everything else alone; will the car even run properly?
The Electronic boost control cut off the boost between shifts. It is part of the supercharger. The person you want to get ahold of and talk to is roysan. He supercharged his 03 v6 camry.
