Camry 98 rim cover

Hi all, I am looking for replacements for my 98 camry rim covers. I am surprised at the poor quality of the rim cover - the piece of round clear rubber is peeling off. I am surprised why toyota designed it this way, using adhesive ! Anyone knows where I can get replacements for these covers, preferably of better design that can last. Thanks in advance !
