Can I get rid of this POS carb?

I have a 89 Corolla DX with the 4-AF engine and I was wondering if there are any better carbs out there for this engine?

I took a look at Weber carbs. Witch one do I need? Will it fit to the intake?

Also this is the cali model. Will it get ride of all those nasty vacum lines?

Another thing. If I get a upper front strut brace does it clear the stock air cleaner?

Thanks!:D

the weber 32/36 DGEV is probably what you need. it will get rid of most all of the vacuum lines. some re wiring may be necessary with this conversion.
about the strut bar, the stock air cleaner is pretty bulky and clearance may be an issue, but the air cleaner with the weber kit is very compact and should work.
please note, if you have emissions testing in texas your car will not be legal after the weber kit is installed.
Would the weber 32/36 DGEV fit right on the manifold with out any problems
it comes with an adapter if you get the kit.
Are there any more carbs that will fit on other than the weber one, because those are not cheap.
i have not seen any other carb conversion kits for the 4af. i was thinking of getting a stock carb from a mid to late 70's corolla without any emissions garbage and modifying that to work.

it may even bolt up to the 4af intake.
