Can i put 35s?

I was going to get 33'' but then my friend said i should try to get 35''s....
I have a 96 t100 and i have a 3'' body lift around and a 3.5'' rear block kit on it... so i figured i could fit them in the back.. but is there anything i could do to raise the front some more... if i tighten up the torsion bars, could i fit 35s in the front?? thanks
