I wanted to make a spare key with fob for my 2006 camry. It already has a key fob with the original key. I wanted to know if I can get another key fob for another key and program that as well to work with my car. Would it mess up my existing key fob's programming or is it fine?

No problem, making a new key and fob not mess up your existing key and fob.

It shouldn't be a problem. You just need to program the car to accept the new remote.
