can someone please explain 1991 DX headlight adjustment?

hey guys, I just bought some blue headlights and need to adjust them, alas I cant figure it out. If anyone could post pics or something it would be greatly appreiciated.

top screw makes it go up/down bottom screw makes it go left/right... aim it at a wall at a parking lot or something and aim it that way
