I know this has been covered before I just wanted to make sure that my circumstance didn't have anything different. I have a flowmaster super 40 and just had the 2nd cats on the Y pipe deleted and the first cats (header cats) gutted. Threw a CEL about 10 miles down the road after leaving. I know the guys with longtube catless headers and y-pipes have O2 sims, do you think that having the first cats gutted is whats throwing the CEL (considering the 2nd ones are after the O2 sensor)?
