Coming back from NY city there was CEL with TRAC OFF lights popped up, after checked by a Auto Zone they gave me the P0015 reading, After 60+ mile drive stopped to refuel, then this lights disappeared, could this be a faulty gas cap, There was no change or abnormal behavior shown from the vehicle with the CEL and TRAC OFF lights on.

Not a gas cap and is usually a hard part internal failure ... https://www.toyotanation.com/forum/104-camry-5th-6th-gen-2002-2006-2007-2011-2nd-gen-solara-2004-2008/302916-tsb-0094-09-a.html

Immediately check and top off oil to the full point on the dipstick.

I would then change oil/filter every 3000 miles. Use a full synthetic oil 1 grade thicker than you are currently using. You might be able to clean up varnish causing issue. Use a synthetic media filter for better oil flow and better filtration. The 2013 shouldn't have the factory built-in OE issues like the <2009 engines. If varnish/sludge/crud is not causing the issue, and it keeps repeating, you will have an expensive repair in the future.

How many miles on vehicle?
What is the typical oil/filter interval that you are practicing and with what oil brand/grade/type and filter?

I would use one bottle of this at your next oil change since esters will help clean and moly will help solenoids and VVTi controllers move properly:

And, after the 1st 3k miles with the above, I would then switch to this product to add some viscosity and detergents to the engine:

Toss in the bottle of lubegard biotech now. This way, you'll have in it for a couple thousand miles.

Switch to 5w30 synthetic and a synth filter.

If error repeats again, I would remove the VVTi solenoid/valves, test them, and check their screens for debris.
