What is the exact bolt pattern and offset for a 90 celica with 5-bolt wheels? Would 16's look good?

5 x 100, not to sure on the factory offset, anything over stock typically looks good

Ive ran a 18 x8, and now im running a 17x7 with a +42 offset.

Would Celica GT-S rims from the the 2000+ celica fit? Do Camry/Solara rims also fit? And what years?

7th gen rims fit 5th gen, not sure bout the camry/solara, they might be 5x114.5 or 5x114.7. Ask around on the Camry/solara board.
