Cell Phone system in the 2019 4Runner

I have a 2019 4Runner - Love the SUV. Hate the phone system. Does anyone know how to correct the mobile phone system? Everyone echos on the caller's side when it's the volume is over 50%. Brought it to the Toyota service department only to have them tell me you can't turn the phone volume up past 50%.No s&^t. Guess what, you can't hear the phone while
driving. Never thought to check this when buying the car. I am on the phone for a living - any help would be appreciated.
