hello guys , i need help with my rav.

i recently changed my car battery and now i get the error : please insert disc , i don`t have the disc/cd/dvd anymore , where can i get a new one? i can`t get it from where i live because they clame they don`t have it.

where can i get a original cd/disc for my rav4?

what type of disc the nav disc dvd look under pass seat or drivers and there will be a small cover take that off the there will be a slader slade it open then press the button the disc will come out then reinsert disc do all this with the key on do not turn car off untill it is done updating
