Just bought 2006 Tacoma about week ago. Only 160000 miles which I think is low. Check engine light came on and code 420 showed up. Any advice please?

PO420, how many?

I searched the threads and I cannot believe more Taco owners have not had the PO420 code. I have 165K on my 2005 V6 Taco. Code comes up, on and off on it's own, or takes a few days after a reset. I checked the aft sensors resistance is fine, so I am guessing bad cats. I did read Toyota...

It could be a bad O2 sensor.
