I have a 2002 Toyota Camry SE. The check engine light is on and I just got the codes run at the parts store.

The codes are:
420 - catalyst system threshold bank 1
440 - evaporative emission system malfunction
441 - Evap. emission incorrect purge flow
446 - evaporative emission control system pressure/system switch

Does anyone have any ideas on what this might mean and how much it may cost to fix?

Check your fuel cap to see if it is sealed correctly: check that gasket on it, etc. 0420 code recommends that if you get other codes with it that you correct those first, and 0440/0441 suggest fuel cap issues (among other things). That is an easy thing to check or replace (get new cap from AutoZone or similar).

Suggest starting with gas cap check/change... there is a gasket and a valve that can be bad... suggest dealer part, if needed.

Walmart had my gas cap $6. Suggest after installing it ether pull the ECU fuse or disconnect the battery for 30 seconds to clear any old codes.

Very ballpark figure:

If you have to replace cat could be up to $1000.00 depending on labor/parts cost.
The other codes total could be up to $500.00.

Going to a shop budget $2000.00 max. Lots of ways to save if you can DIY.

Does car run normal outside of error codes?
