Ok I have a 2007 corolla S series and this morning on my way to work i noticed my radio/clock/cig lighter/rear view mirrors were not working. when i got to work i popped the hood found the spare fuses/puller and then went to replace the bad fuse underneath the steering wheel. Everything seemed ok. On my way home from work i turned on the radio and everything was fine then i turn the volume up and the fuse blew again. i then proceeded to stop at auto parts store and pick up a fuse kit so i could further investigate what was going wrong. So i then turn the car off grab a new fuse checked to see if fuse was a good one(it was), and replace the one i put in at work. turn the car and nothing working still. I then checked the fuse i just put in and it was blown. Not sure whats causing the problem im thinking it may have been my phone charger in my cig lighter, but not sure since the one fuse blew when i turned the volume up in my car. Any suggestions????????

Perhaps your amp under the passenger front seat has an internal short. I would try unplugging it and see if you are still blowing fuses. I would also check your power outlet in the bottom of the inside of your center console storage compartment, I have had a paper clip that fell inside of the power outlet causing a short.
