So the fan is not working now? Check the fuse.
Temperature knob failure is common. You can buy repaired units relatively inexpensively on EBay. They are not to difficult to install.
But you need to be sure it is in the control and not in the actuators in the ducting.

Thank you. If you know how to solder you can probably fix the temperature control yourself. There should be instructions on YouTube. If the fan fuse is good, the fan switch may have the same problem as the temperature dial- broken ribbon cable wire. Or you can do the exchange for a repaired panel from a supplier on Ebay. There were several suppliers the last time I looked

The blower motor speed switch is not attached to the air conditioning controller PC board like the mode select switch and the temperature selection switches are. It is a self-contained unit that is mounted inside the air conditioning control module case, with its separate harness connector poking out of the back of the module. No need to bother with that one at all.

If you are having temp control issues, as well as vent mode issues, it is likely that the three wires to the temp control switch, or the 6 wires to the mode select switch, are broken (usually at the switch itself, but sometimes do break at the controller PC board) and can be easily repaired by completely replacing the wires between the switch PC board, and the controller PC board. It is not a difficult repair to make (I've done a dozen or so for others in my area), if you are good with soldering.

Two caveats:

1 - Be careful with the ribbon cable which connects the two PC boards inside the air conditioning controller case. It is easy to damage, along with the connectors that this cable attaches to, on both PC boards. You will have to disconnect this cable BEFORE you unscrew the 8 screws holding the assembly together, by peeling back the clear "window" on the back of the module case, and disconnecting the ribbon cable from the rear-most PC board.

2 - The PC board that is closest to the controls, themselves, has a clear (almost invisible) conformal coating over the soldered connections on the main PC board--including the solder connections to the switches. Even the switch PC boards, themselves. This conformal coating needs to be removed BEFORE you do any de-soldering or soldering of any connection of those PC boards. The only sane way I have found to do this is to smack a sewing needle against a vise, while holding it in the jaws of a pair of pliers, to make a very small, hook-like deformation on the end of the needle. By chucking the needle in a pin vise, you can use this hook to tease the conformal coating loose of the connections it is protecting. Work slowly and patiently, and just lift an edge of the coating, then work your way inward to the mass of the coating, until you have it all off.

Or an issue with the resistor in the blower housing.

The blower speed switch selects different taps on the resistor to vary the speed of the blower fan, so either could be involved with a speed issue.

If, on the otrher hand, the issue of the day is problems with temp selection, or issues with mode selection, you're likely looking at a root cause being found in the ribbon cables between the mode and/or temp switch, or an issue with the mix servo motor or actuator linkage.
