Do we have the option to choose the clock display on the dash.....I see some clocks with sweeping hands and some just digital....is this something we can change?

While in the time-setting mode, push the H and M buttons at the same time. page 299 in the manual

Correct. Not available on the XLE and XLE Touring...different display.
