Hi,
I have Camry 2004. occasionally I hear a clunking sound when turning. It sounds like I am dragging a metal pipe on the road but no pipe came off. I can't really pin point where the sound originates. I took the car to the dealer when I had the warranty. He test drove the car, jacked it up and checked the wheels. Because this sound only comes on occasionally, the mechanic couldn't hear it and told me to ignore it.
Now that I am out of warranty, I am still hearing the sound once in a while particularly when the weather gets better. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.![]()
