I have a 07 Highlander with 206,000 miles. I got a code P303 for the cylinder 3 misfire. I’ve changed the coil and all 4 spark plugs. I even exchanged the new coil thinking it was faulty because the code kept on. What the car does is it tugs when I try to go past 40 mph. It then kind of starts loosing power. Could it be the cam position sensor? Thanks

Ok- I thought it might be the signal from the control module but if you are seeing a spark then that is probably not it.
Maybe others see it differently but I think if the cam sensor is off enough to cause a miss that would set P303 then you would get a code for timing mismatch between the crankshaft and cams, and I would expect a P300 code. I would look at fuel next. How does it idle? Can your scanner read the misfire counts?
