Can you actually drive around with these things on?

Would anyone reccomend it?/not recommend it?

Is 1 type better than another ?

If it's all for show, either will do. If it's for go, neither will work well for you. Expect to bottom out frequently with them, and pray you don't throw one in a corner. Lowering springs aren't that expensive, and are purpose built among the better brands. Heck, you'd probably be better to get some of the sleve coilovers than these.

yes suspension is somthing you definitly dont want to go el cheapo on. lowering your car for $20 is to good to be true, not worth the risk either
