Ever since i installed my coilovers, ive had this creak coming from the front diver coilover... At first it wasnt bad at all, but now its worse and it really bothering me...

It only happens when i turn my wheels to the left or right when at low low speeds... Like less than 10mph...

Anyone ever run into this?

jack the car up, take off the wheel off and see if anything is loosen, happened to me. turned out it was the front sway bar bolt was loosen.

Thats weird that you say that... I thought the same thing so i even went as far as buying a new swaybar endlink then tightened it down with the greatest torque on my impact wrench.
same shit with my megans. Loose sway bar
It's been a known issue with Ksports for years. I've had Ksports on my Spec-V for 4 yrs and they still make the noise, but I never got the Spring Isolator Kit. It consists of 2 steel bushings and 1 rubber bushing and is supposed to help quiet down the noise that occurs when the springs move. What happens is because there is nothing on the Ksports setup to stop the spring from rotating when you turn the wheel the spring spins and make a creaking sound and sometimes a popping sound. It doesn't hurt the suspension, but the sound is annoying. Most people on the Spec-V forums said that with the Spring Isolator Kit the noise went away, but I can't speak from experience on that because I refuse to buy the kit. I feel like since I spent the money for the coilovers they should'v come complete. IMHO Ksports are ok for show, but I wouldn't buy them again to race with, and just so you understand where I'm coming from with this, I autocross my Spec-V. Anyway here are the links to the parts that you need to help get rid of the sound if your coilovers didn't come with the kit:
