I hooked up a radio in my 94 prizm yesterday and when I went to turn car on there was no power. Not a gauge, light, nothing. I checked all the fuses and they are fine wtf did i do???? I cant find a fusible link anywhere someone please help i just put 500 in the car replacing the clutch i really need my car back! all my radio connections are secure and proper, ive been doing this all my life. now that i remember the lighter worked when it wanted to so maybe there was a loose wire but would that fry the entire car? im lost please help someone!! actually now that i remember, the radio worked fine when i checked it. after i hooked up the amp is when i noticed it wasnt working. the fuse for the amp wire didnt blow though.

ok i checked the fusible links in the engine compartment they are fine. what else should i look for???

i remember that when i connected the 50amp fuse in the amps power line i saw a spark and a pop but the fuse didnt blow at all. im at a major loss here. did i fry the computer?

Is your battery charged? Are the battery terminals connected securely?
